Can you get to Bloodstone when you first start?

Me and my friend are playing Fable 2 and we want to go to Bloodstone to get clothes, but we aren't sure how to get there. Is it even possible to get there when you first start off? If so how?

1. No, you have to go through enough of the main mission for the Will hero to open a portal to Wraithmarsh, then walk through there to Bloodstone. Once you have been there once, then you can fast travel back to there.
