1. You can't, that city isn't reachable in Fable 3, as with many of the places you go in Fable 2 (Oakfield, Oakvale, Wraithmarsh, etc). However, that being said, perhaps a future download may add in a previous area; I would like to see what happens to Oakfield during the 50 year span depending on your choices in Fable 2.
