Fable 3 bloodstone bludgeon morphing?

I just got fable 3 and I'm trying to fully upgrade the "Bloodstone Bludgeon" hammer. I have completed the "ogre"and the "arrogance" parts of upgrading it. But I don't know how to drag villagers to work to fully complete the the hammer. Please help! Thank you

1. yeah i did the same thing with the bb hammer. basically you have to have people hate you enough to the point where you can drag them places firstly. secondly when you do drag them, you just take them to one of the signs that you can do jobs from. do that with 8 different people and boom you got it done.
