how to use an amethyst rock for healing?

i bought a natural Amethyst rock of Amazon.co.uk, and now i need to use it for healing, can any one tell me how?

1. You need to clear it with sage first, go back and forth with sage 27 times. The rest is up to you and follow by instinct. People go too far with the technicalities but only you can know how it works for you. Try meditation with the amythest for a while until you understand how to work with it.
2. You got scammed. Your rock is not going to heal anything. Its a rock.
3. healing with a rock??? What the heck are you trying to heal with a rock? I think the only person who got healed on this deal is the guy who sold you the rock.
4. i have only heard of one rock in the past 2000 yrs or so that really heals you. his name is Jesus Christ.

6. Keep it with you maybe or hang it around your neck? I'm not a big fan of crystal healing anyway. I think it is a bit of a con.
