1. I dunno, I didn't waste my time on the game after I beat it. Strong appointment.
2. It doesn't really effect you in the game if you rent it out or not. You get a decent amount of money from it. That game is way to easy to get money in though so you shouldn't be worrying about renting places out until you own every piece of property. That's when you rent places out and pull in the big bucks. Just buy every piece of property you can, rent them alllllll out and then just watch the money pile up.
