In Fable 2, how can I beat the Bloodstone queen banshee? Is this a glitch in the game?

None of my attacks are working on her. She glows red but I can't target her or anything with my gun. My shots go right through her whether her face is covered or not. When I target I turn around and basically point elsewhere, like the middle of the town. My fireballs don't hit her and my sword goes right through like she's not there. This is very frustrating. Please tell me what I should be doing :( I kill the shadow children the second they materialize around me and I still can't kill her so unless they're popping up somewhere else this isn't the problem

1. Have you killed everything around her first? Make sure you do that.
2. You have to make sure that all the phantom babies are dead, then you can attack her. :)
3. if you don't kill all the little gremlins she spawns around you then you can't hurt her until there dead.
4. those "phantom babies" "gremlins" are actually called ankle biters, it tells you in one of the loafding screen tips
5. aparently it is a glitch & if you turn the power of your system on and off and start another quest it should fix itself? (i just looked up the same question since I'm having that problem too)
