In Fable 2 how do I get to Wraithmarsh and Bloodstone?

I have played the game loads but have never come across these regions. What towns are they near and where do I go to get to them? Fable 2 is good and all, but the maps and travel system are completely rubbish. Why can't it let me free roam like Oblivion? Anyway, where are these places and how do I get to them? THANKS

2. From bowerstone market, you need to set the quest that is there as your quest target then follow the golden path. Once you are at Wraithmarsh there are 2 banshees to kill; you should kill them by letting them release thier babies, then kill them with meleé, after that lock onto the banshees head and tap the Y button really quick. This should knock the banshees health halfway down. Repeat this process until you get to Bloodstone, also beware of Hollow Men.
3. Once you start The Hero of SKill quest, you will have to activate a cullis gate on top of Brightwood Tower. This, during the quest, will send you to Wraithmarsh. Once there, you will automatically start the quest The Road to Bloodstone. I recommend listening to what Theresa has to say, for it is very informative. Follow the golden trail, fight the troll, and make your way to Bloodstone.
4. u come across them as you do more missions
