Fable 2 - How Can I Overcome The Glitch At The End Of The Bloodstone Assault After The Great Shard?

Basically I destroy all the minions the shard spits out, I then destroy the shard and apparently Theresa is meant to teleport us somewhere? All characters are frozen apart from mine & the dog. Does anyone know how to overcome this and is it a known glitch?

1. hold in the middle controller button and restart your system. sorry bro, you're not getting out of that
2. It might have been a one time thing or maybe your system was a bit warm so try saving just before that so that when you get to that part, your system is still pretty cool. Other than that, I don't really have any ideas for what may have caused it.
